Leprosy

This man I suspect is suffering from leprosy. He came for the health screening and I encouraged him to go to Nalerigu hospital because we could not handle his case. He was given antimalaria medicines and small amount of money to help him. His fingers on both hands are gone and the wound on his right hand is still fresh. We really need a Clinic here in Zambulkura with a doctor and other health professionals to make health care services easily accessible to these deprived communities
